We are looking for a Hygiene & Sanitation Associate.
As a Hygiene & Sanitation Associate we rely on you to:
- Assists the Hygiene & Sanitation Manager and Supervisor in the implementation of the Shangri-La Food Safety Management System (SFSMS) including HACCP and ISO22000 requirements across all food-handling areas of the hotel.
- Supports daily hygiene operations by performing monitoring inspections and documentation activities to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently achieved.
- Ensures accurate and timely completion of hygiene-related records such as calibration logs audit data checklists and incident reports in accordance with established formats and procedures.
- Coordinates with Culinary Food & Beverage Service Stewarding Engineering and other departments in facilitating hygiene activities corrective actions and reporting requirements.
- Provides administrative technical and logistical support in internal audits microbiological sampling and other verification programs under the direction of Hygiene and Sanitation Supervisor.

- Promotes a culture of food safety and cleanliness through teamwork professionalism and adherence to Shangri-La policies and hygiene practices.
We are looking for someone who:

- Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background
- A self-starter and a team player

- Committed to ensuring serving food of the highest quality
- Willing to work shifts
