Job Summary
About the job: Workforce Manager (Cebu City) Onsite
Nature Of the Account: Support and Leadership
Start Date: ASAP
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Cebu
Shift Schedule Rest Days: US Business hours
Educational Requirement: College Graduate
Work Experience:
- At least 5 to 7 years relevant experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Advanced Excel experience (VLOOKUP Pivot Table etc.)
- Report and dashboards creation
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of computers i.e. MS Office and above-average MS Excel knowledge is required.
- Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills
- Good interpersonal & people management skills with a good problem-solving approach.
- Expert knowledge of service procedures
- Good analytical skills for MIS number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.
- WFM Tool Competency (IEX eWFM etc.)
- RTA/MIS experience is advantageous.
- Can work with minimal supervision and has initiative.
