About the Role:
The client is seeking a skilled Senior Project Completion Engineer Electrical to support the delivery and integration of the Hugin A platform. The role involves planning execution and supervision of Mechanical Completion (MC) and Commissioning activities for designated electrical systems. You will be the System Responsible Engineer and ensure alignment with internal management systems and project mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Responsible Engineer for:
  • High Voltage (HV) Systems
  • Heat Trace Systems
  • Low Voltage (LV) Systems
  • Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems
  • SAS Interface
• Review and verify documentation and drawings relevant to MC and commissioning.
• Provide engineering input and contribute to planning and estimation of commissioning scope (onshore and offshore).
• Independently plan and execute MC follow-up and commissioning activities.
• Participate in MC punch rounds and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) at supplier sites.
• Update progress in the project completion system (PIMS).
• Develop and implement commissioning procedures.
• Coordinate across disciplines to ensure efficient execution with strong HSSE focus.
• Plan and call off ATS as needed.
• Manage contractor personnel and other resources.
• Ensure availability of spare parts special tools and first fills.
• Lead efforts to maintain high standards for health safety and environment.
• Support pre-start-up and performance test reviews.
• Ensure smooth transition from project to operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

• BSc or MSc in Engineering or equivalent experience.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience from NORSOK projects.
• Strong system-based commissioning knowledge (HV LV DB UPS).
• Proven track record in commissioning within the Oil & Gas industry on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
• Familiarity with project completion systems and document management tools (PIMS experience is an advantage).
• Ability to lead commissioning teams effectively.
