Job Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced product leader to define and drive the vision strategy and execution of our data and product portfolio. This role will lead high-performing teams in developing innovative data-driven solutions expanding data sources and bringing new products to marketstrengthening our competitive position and delivering meaningful business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the companys product and data strategy roadmap and commercialization plans.
- Lead and mentor product management teams across multiple domains including data enrichment and business solutions.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle managementfrom concept to launch and optimization.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Technology Sales Marketing and Operations.
- Identify and leverage strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings and accelerate time-to-market.
- Use data and customer insights to inform product decisions pricing and positioning.
- Ensure products meet compliance legal and market standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 15 years in product management with experience in fast-paced data-rich environments such as fintech startups or high-growth companies.
- Proven success in launching and scaling products that contribute significantly to revenue.
- Strong ability to identify acquire and leverage data assets for business impact.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in English; additional local language skills a plus.
