Job Summary

Do you possess native-level Italian fluency and a genuine drive to provide exceptional service We are actively recruiting a Customer Advisor to work on-site in Malta and support our dedicated Car Rental Support Team. This is a prime opportunity for motivated individuals who are already legal residents in the country and looking for a full-time career.

The Position: Supporting Global Travelers

You will be representing a significant international car rental brand ensuring that every Italian-speaking customer has a positive and effortless experience. Your role is key to managing the entire rental journey.

What Youll Be Responsible For:

  • Multichannel Contact: Handling all incoming and outgoing customer communication via phone email and chat strictly in Italian.
  • Booking Management: Assisting customers with new reservations changes cancellations and general inquiries related to their rentals.
  • Policy Expertise: Clearly explaining rates availability insurance specifics and contractual terms to customers.
  • Conflict Resolution: Addressing customer issues and complaints with maturity and a focus on finding effective positive solutions.
  • Documentation: Accurately logging all customer interactions and strictly adhering to data protection protocols.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with various internal departments to quickly resolve complex support cases.

Your Profile: Skills & Requirements

We prioritize attitude language skills and location eligibility for this role.

  • Language Mandatory: You must be fluent (C1 or higher) in both spoken and written Italian.
  • Internal Communication: Proficiency in English is needed for training and internal team interaction.
  • Location Critical: Candidates must be based and legally residing in Maltawe cannot offer relocation support.
  • Soft Skills: Strong people skills a proactive problem-solving mindset and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic computer knowledge and the capacity to efficiently learn new operational systems.
  • Availability: Must be flexible to work on a rotational shift pattern which includes weekends and public holidays.
  • Bonus Experience: Any prior background in customer service travel or the automotive/rental sector is a plus but not required.
