You will act as the key connection between the platform and its Hebrew-speaking user base. Core Responsibilities for Success:

  • First Point of Contact: Engage with Hebrew-speaking customers across all channelsphone email and live chatusing clear and fluent communication.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve common streaming issues including app crashes buffering problems device compatibility conflicts and login errors.
  • Account and Billing Support: Efficiently handle all subscription payment and account modification inquiries ensuring clarity and accuracy in every transaction.
  • Customer Advocacy: Manage and resolve complex complaints with empathy transforming frustrated users into loyal satisfied subscribers.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous accurate records of all customer interactions and technical solutions within our CRM system.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay proactively informed about the latest platform updates new content releases and service policies to provide expert guidance.

What We Need in Your Profile

We are dedicated to building a team of adaptable passionate professionals. While prior experience is welcome we prioritize strong linguistic skills and a committed customer-centric attitude.

  • Mandatory Language: Native or C1 level fluency in Hebrew (both written and verbal) is essential for effective customer support.
  • Inter-team Communication: A good working proficiency in English (B2 minimum) is required for training team collaboration and internal documentation.
  • Location Strictness: You must be currently and legally located within Lithuania. This is a permanent remote position and we do not offer a relocation package.
  • Remote Work Readiness: The self-discipline and ability to work productively and independently in a home-office environment.
  • Digital Literacy: Strong basic computer skills and the aptitude to quickly master various customer support software and digital tools.
