Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team overseeing all UI and graphic design outputs across digital and marketing platforms.
- Define workflows priorities and project milestones using tools such as ClickUp or equivalent project management systems.
- Drive UI design direction for web and mobile applications in collaboration with product and UX teams.
- Develop and maintain design systems style guides and prototypes to ensure brand consistency and cohesive user experiences.
- Produce high-quality visuals mockups and digital assets for features interfaces and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing of UI components and visual elements to enhance usability and engagement.
- Manage META Business Suite and Google Analytics dashboards to monitor design and campaign performance.
- Utilize performance insights to refine creative strategies ad visuals and landing page designs.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design UI/UX or a related creative field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in UI digital or graphic design including leadership or team management experience.
- Strong expertise in design software such as Figma Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.
- Proven ability to combine creativity with analytical thinking to deliver design solutions driven by data and user insights.
- Excellent leadership communication and project management skills.
- Experience in working with fast-paced tech-driven environments is an advantage.
