About the client:

A rapidly expanding organization revolutionizing Sri Lankas transport landscape through electric mobility battery swapping and sustainable design. With a strong focus on technology energy and data integration the company aims to create cleaner cities smarter fleets and seamless user experiences through its evolving digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team overseeing all UI and graphic design outputs across digital and marketing platforms.
Define workflows priorities and project milestones using tools such as ClickUp or equivalent project management systems.
Drive UI design direction for web and mobile applications in collaboration with product and UX teams.
Develop and maintain design systems style guides and prototypes to ensure brand consistency and cohesive user experiences.
Produce high-quality visuals mockups and digital assets for features interfaces and marketing campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing of UI components and visual elements to enhance usability and engagement.
Manage META Business Suite and Google Analytics dashboards to monitor design and campaign performance.
Utilize performance insights to refine creative strategies ad visuals and landing page designs.

Requirements:

Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design UI/UX or a related creative field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in UI digital or graphic design including leadership or team management experience.
Strong expertise in design software such as Figma Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.
Proven ability to combine creativity with analytical thinking to deliver design solutions driven by data and user insights.
Excellent leadership communication and project management skills.
Experience in working with fast-paced tech-driven environments is an advantage.
