Otis développe son activité et recherche un(e ) Assistant(e ) administration des ventes (H/F) pour intégrer notre filiale SODICA.
Votre priorité est dassurer le lien entre SODICA et les clients pour toute demande sur une commande en cours (traitement des demandes ) ou une commande reçue (traitement des réclamations SAV).
Au cours dune journée type vous devrez:
Piloter lactivitéopérationnelle (traitement de la boite mails enregistrement des commandes suivi des commandes conseil clients gestion du SAV et traitement des demandes davoir)
Piloter le recouvrement (analyse de la balance client relances écrites et téléphoniques)
Assurer le Reporting (travailler à lamélioration des indicateurs transmettre les indicateurs au manager)
Travailler sur lamélioration continueet assurer la satisfaction client (être force de propositions remonter les points opérationnels bloquants répondre dans les délais fixer et communiquer des réponses de qualité)
Participer aux conférences téléphoniques ou visites avec les clients en collaboration avec le commercial et assurer le suivi des plans daction issus de ces conférences
Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :
Vous justifiez dune expérience dau minima 2 ans en administration des ventes
Vous aimez le travail en équipe et vous mettez en avant un sens du service avéré
Vous faites preuve dautonomie dinitiative et de polyvalence
Vous êtes capable de faire face à des interlocuteurs de tous niveaux
Vous maitrisez parfaitement les outils bureautique (Word Excel Outlook). Nous utilisons des logiciels internes tels que JDE ou Magento
Vous parlez impérativement langlais (une autre langue peut également être appréciée)
