Role Overview:

As an Account Manager Executive youll collaborate with key stakeholders to manage sales pipelines uncover new business opportunities and contribute to strategic deal closures. Based in Spain youll work closely with cross-functional teams oversee partner marketing activities and help deliver outstanding business results all while fostering long-term high-value relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand the partner pipeline by identifying opportunities and closing profitable deals.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to assess reseller engagement and growth potential.
  • Strengthen partner loyalty through training certifications and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure partners fully leverage promotional campaigns events and incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with partners to increase revenue via strategic campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Support partners in qualifying and closing opportunities including assisting with high-value deal negotiations.
  • Coordinate with telemarketing end-user sales and internal teams to maximize revenue and enhance partner satisfaction.
  • Oversee the execution of partner marketing plans managing budgets co-marketing activities and tracking ROI.
  • Represent the company at local partner events to nurture and expand strategic relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in German (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Spanish residency card
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B Sales
  • Strong leadership communication and analytical skills
  • A passion for client relationships and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
