Job Summary

Are you fluent in Spanish and English Are you confident in handling sales conversations managing leads and closing deals Were looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Virtual Assistant to support our growing international team.

What Youll Do:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads in both English and Spanish

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email phone and social media

  • Assist in preparing sales presentations proposals and follow-ups

  • Manage and update CRM (e.g. HubSpot Pipedrive or similar)

  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team

  • Support marketing efforts through lead generation and research

What Were Looking For:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written & spoken)

  • Previous experience in sales telemarketing or lead generation (virtual setting is a plus)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and productivity apps

  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Positive attitude and a desire to help customers and grow with the team

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible but must have availability in overlapping hours with U.S. business time zones

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience working with U.S. or Latin American clients

  • Familiarity with Zoom Slack Trello and Google Workspace

  • Knowledge in customer success or upselling strategies
