Job Summary
Kindred Spirits the on-site restaurant at The Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls is looking for a friendly dependable team member to fill a hybrid Host/Disher role for our dinner service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a warm welcoming environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

- Welcome guests with a warm greeting confirm their reservations and manage check-ins through the restaurants reservation system
- Present menus assist with resetting tables and provide support to servers during service
- Operate the commercial dishwasher efficientlyload run unload and restock clean dishes glassware and utensils
- Maintain a tidy and organized dish station; handle sweeping mopping trash removal and cardboard breakdown as needed
- Deliver clean glassware to the bar and ensure plates cookware and service items are consistently restocked
- Warm friendly and professional personality
- Self-motivated and able to stay productive while also taking direction when needed
- Team-oriented mindset with an eager positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Confident in communicating with guests and sharing basic knowledge about the local area and our property
- Dependable transportation required
- Must successfully complete a background check
