Payroll Specialist
Objective
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Analyst with intermediate English skills to join our growing this role you will ensure accurate personnel administration and timely payroll processing maintain compliance with local labor regulations and provide excellent support to employees and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Human Resources or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in payroll administration
- Intermediate English (B2)
- Experience with payroll systems such as SUA SAP Tress.
- Experience working in multinational environments.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and labor law in Mexico ((IMSS Infonavit SAT STPS)
- Advanced Excel skillsproficient in pivot tables complex formulas and database management
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for employees ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Review and audit payroll data including timesheets bonuses deductions and taxes.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll compensation and deductions in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with HR Finance and external vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Assist in monthly quarterly and annual payroll reporting and audits.
- Maintain and update employee records in payroll systems (e.g. SAP Revolution Oracle).
- Continuously identify process improvement opportunities to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.

- Knowledge of tax reporting and compliance requirements.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
