Job Summary
As a Mulesoft Senior Engineer Product Development you will be responsible for designing implementing and managing integration solutions using the MuleSoft platform while also mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You must have an excellent background in Java Middleware Mule ESB Strong knowledge of SOA and experience in designing Mule Interfaces.
You will be responsible for developing solutions and POCs based on customer and project needs able to conceptualize a new product or new feature or new component and to test new technologies or features through PoCs.
Responsibilities
- Sound knowledge of said technology and experience in development/delivering solution
- Collaborate with business team members to identify define and deliver innovative enhancements and integration strategies.
- Provide technical leadership by establishing and promoting best practices for development integration application architecture deployment strategies and automated testing.
- Keep track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards - Optimize pace and meet deadlines
- Collaborate with product owners QA and other stakeholders to understand requirements and work on user stories/ backlog items and deliver same with highest quality
- Attend stand-up meetings and provide updates
- Develop solutions and POCs based on customer and project needs
- Conceptualize a new product or new feature or new component and to test new technologies or features through PoCs
- Contribute in practice growth initiatives Interviews training mentoring operational activities etc.
- Plan and grow practice/account through support to proposals and proposal defense.
- Provide support to delivery for technical issues escalations and reviews and to help in deploying in a customer environment.
- Create documentation of operational tasks procedures and automated processes.
- Be involved in full stack development and implement end-to-end components of proprietary software products
- Innovate and operate with an iterative agile and user-centric perspective.
- Clearly communicate technology strategy and vision to team members and internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure engineering excellence (e.g. best practices and quality) is achieved within product line.
- Implement robust CI/ CD processes and development methodologies in Software Engineering within the Product Line.
- Collaborate with other Product Line Anchors to reduce complexity across the portfolio enhance interoperability between services and make key design decisions
- Provide thought leadership for the development structure technology and tools used within SALES IT.
- Fix faults and restore the operability or carry out suitable measures (creation of workaround).
Qualifications
Masters degree Preferred - ideally in Computer Science Engineering or MIS
- Minimum Salesforce certified:
- Salesforce Mulesoft Developer Level1 (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Mulesoft Developer Level 2 (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Mulesoft Hyperautomation Developer (Optional)
- Salesforce Mulesoft Catalyst Consultant (Optional)
- Salesforce Mulesoft Platform Architect (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Mulesoft Platform Integration Architect (Mandatory)
- 7-10 years of Experience of Java Middleware Mule ESB Strong knowledge of SOA and experience in designing Mule Interfaces
Experience developing on the Mulesoft Anypoint platform & APIs
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology
Understanding of various user based security models
Excellent cross-group communication and problem solving skills
Familiarity with Tableau Jitterbit AWS andSplunk is a plus
Experience 10 years with progressive responsibilities in Software Engineering Architecture and Agile Framework.
Must be able to operationalize and assist teams with abstract technology concepts.
Strong demonstrated competencies on cloud and digital platforms.
Strong communication collaborative and influencing skills.
Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership.
Strong personal presence and capabilities to resolve technical concerns.
Experience with cloud services and platform knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to drive development of highly technical technology services and capabilities.
Experience with Lean methodology & eXtreme Programming.
Demonstrated understanding and ability to drive API economy and solutions
Demonstrated understanding and ability to drive highly available consumer ready Internet properties and technical platforms.
Experience collaborating with engineers designers and product owners.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style to the audience
Ability to work collaboratively and navigate complex decision making in a rapidly changing environment
Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach others.
