The role
Love the buzz of film sets and the beauty of the outdoors Join the Visitor Services team at Greater Sydney Parklands (GSP) as our Filming and Photography Coordinator. Youll be the go-to person for coordinating shoots across some of Sydneys most iconic and accessible parklandswhether its a major TV production a commercial photoshoot or a community project.

This is a fast-paced people-focused role where no two days are the same. Youll juggle multiple bookings liaise with clients and stakeholders and help bring creative visions to lifeall while ensuring our parklands remain protected and welcoming for everyone.

What you will bring to the role

  • Experience in the film photography or creative industries with a strong understanding of production needs
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to guide clients and manage expectations
  • Confidence handling multiple bookings and enquiries at once with strong attention to detail
  • Great negotiation skills and the ability to balance commercial outcomes with community and environmental priorities
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams and with external stakeholders



What is an essential requirement:

  • Ability to work outside of normal working hours and on weekends if required.
  • Current drivers licence.
