As a SafeRoads Adjudicator you will independently review administrative penalties assess evidence and issue well-reasoned decisions to promote road safety and justice. This role combines critical thinking communication and legal expertise in a fast-paced high-impact environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating written and oral submissions to resolve factual disputes.
  • Conducting teleconference and video hearings with professionalism and impartiality.
  • Drafting well-structured legally sound written decisions.
  • Staying informed on relevant legislation case law and regulatory changes.
  • Ensuring adherence to procedural fairness and natural justice in every review.
  • Collaborating with peers to maintain consistency and quality in decision-making.
  • Contributing to program improvement through feedback and recommendations.
