About the role:

Here you will join a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and will be responsible for adequately managing the new business pipeline by sourcing and qualifying prospects and engaging via phone/emails to setup discovery and demo calls for the commercial team Successful sales professionals are highly commercial people who have an interest and a strong skill set in acquiring new clients and in building high-quality professional relationships. If you are someone who is excited by a fast-paced environment and interacting with senior leaders this is the ideal position for you.

Key responsibilities you will be in charge of:

  • Research and analyse APAC market trends industry developments and potential client segments to identify new business opportunities
  • Correspond with clients via discover calls outreach etc. to qualify them and understand their unique needs/potential use cases to create compelling value propositions
  • Create and manage outreach pipeline to increase awareness of the Arbolus value proposition in APAC markets
  • Identify and engage with key client stakeholders to setup demo/intro calls for Commercial teams

About you:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who learns quickly loves taking on new challenges has a high level of energy and is enthusiastic about the unique opportunity to be an early member of a fast-growing sales team. The person in this role will make a significant contribution to the growth and future success of Arbolus.

Requirements to succeed in this role:

  • 0-2 years experience in B2B enterprise/software sales or professional services. Expert network experience preferred.
  • Experience in leading teams and working cross-functionally across various business units
  • Strong communication skills

Experience and Qualification:

  • Proficient in engaging clients via emails and phone calls (cold calling)
  • Excellent commercial and client-facing skills
  • Curious and outgoing
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to change the status quo
