Job Summary
A welcoming Ofsted Good secondary school in Essex is seeking a compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026.

You will work closely with classroom teachers to support students across KS3 and KS4 assisting in lessons promoting engagement and helping to manage behaviour positively.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience supporting children in an educational or care setting preferred
- Strong communication skills and a nurturing approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths essential
