The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of HR including recruitment onboarding absence management policy compliance and staff wellbeing. Working closely with senior leaders the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the school continues to attract and retain exceptional staff.
CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience
Proven experience managing HR operations in a school or similar setting
Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of safeguarding and HR compliance
The salary for this HR Manager role will be paid according to experience on the schools support staff leadership scale.
