We are seeking an experienced and committed SENCO to join a prestigious independent school in Reading. This full-time permanent position offers the chance to lead SEND strategy and provision across the school ensuring that every learner receives the highest quality support.
Experience and Qualifications
Qualified SENCO (NASENCO) or willingness to complete the qualification
Proven track record of supporting students with diverse learning needs
Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
QTS (PGCE or equivalent) and deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
Legal right to work in the UK
