Economics Teacher Deliver Pre-U/IB Programme and Mentor Financial Literacy Hertfordshire
An outstanding Independent Day School located near the Hertfordshire is recruiting a specialist Teacher of Economics to deliver their advanced Pre-U/IB curriculum from January 2026.
- Economics Teacher required from January 2026.

- Seeking a specialist to deliver advanced Economics (Pre-U or IB) and financial literacy.
You will teach Economics to highly motivated students in small class sizes emphasizing deep conceptual understanding complex theory and preparation for top university entry.
Experience and Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Economics; QTS is welcome but not essential.
- Specialist expertise in delivering the IB Economics or Cambridge Pre-U curriculum.
- Proven ability to inspire deep conceptual understanding in highly able students.
- Commitment to running extension groups focusing on financial markets and investment.
