We are now looking for a Finnish-speaking Fashion Support Consultant to join the team in Málaga (on-site). In this role youll represent a leading fashion brand providing world-class support and helping customers with their orders products and services.
What youll do
As a Fashion Support Consultant you will:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email chat and other channels.
- Log all case details into the management system and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Maintain product and service knowledge related to the fashion brand you represent.
- Escalate potential issues to your mentor or team lead when needed.
- Follow all company processes and administrative procedures.

Youre a great fit if you:
- Are fluent or bilingual in Finnish with advanced English or Spanish.
- Have strong customer care and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Are adaptable proactive and able to take ownership of each case.
- Have basic IT knowledge (Windows MS Office internet configuration).

- Full-time permanent contract (39h/week).
- Rotating schedule: MondaySunday between 08:0019:00.
- Salary: 21000 gross/year up to 2400 gross/year in bonus.
