About Optiml
Optiml is revolutionizing real estate with our Real Estate Decision Intelligence (REDI) softwarea new category of AI-powered technology that helps decarbonize buildings while optimizing asset & portfolio performance.
Since our launch in April 2024 we have been scaling across Europe and the US receiving significant industry recognition and winning three major PropTech awards including:
2024 ULI Europe PropTech of the Year
2024 ZIA PropTech of the Year
We are backed by $6M in pre-seed funding from top-tier US and EU funds including Innovation Endeavors (the fund of former Google CEO Eric Schmidt) Planet A BitStone and Kompas.
Now we need an exceptional (Senior) Sales Director in Switzerland to help us position Optiml as the leading force in global real estate transformation.
Tasks
- Lead design and user experience (UX) for parts of our core product
- Ship deliverables (prototypes UX flows wireframes UI mockups) to communicate and experiment with ideas
- Partner with team leads to prioritize initiatives in the roadmap
- Break down ambiguous problems & prioritize high impact work given some resource constraints
- Empathize with enterprise customers impersonate them identify their pain points and advocate to address them on a continual basis
- Distill insights from all parts of the organization into updated beliefs and eventually design principles
- Shape the design practice within the organization (documentation workflows frameworks) to support all design collaborators (Remote included)

Must have
- 5 years of experience in tech/startup company
- Extraordinary visual design skills and strong understanding of UX principles
- Proven experience designing data rich enterprise applications
- Ability to interface with business stakeholders
- Strong leadership & communication skills capable of framing design decisions with clarity and intent.
- Strong collaboration skills with product teams shipping software
- Experience with prototyping
Nice to have:
- Experience in Service Design Thinking and Customer Experience (CX)
- Understanding of software engineering workflows
- Experience with user interviews user testings or UX research
