Advantra is partnering with a major financial services organization to hire a MuleSoft Production Support Engineer to provide L2 and L3 support for MuleSoft integrations APIs and connected enterprise systems. The role focuses on ensuring uptime resolving incidents and maintaining seamless data flow across critical applications.
About the role
You will monitor troubleshoot and optimize MuleSoft integrations in production. The role involves collaboration with Salesforce infrastructure and development teams to diagnose integration issues perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement in performance and reliability.
Responsibilities

Provide L2 and L3 production support for MuleSoft integrations and APIs.

Monitor MuleSoft systems and resolve performance or connectivity issues.

Troubleshoot Mule flows connectors and data transformation errors.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

Support deployment and release management in lower and production environments.
-
Collaborate with Salesforce infrastructure and application teams to ensure smooth data flow.
-
Participate in on-call and weekend support rotations.
-
Maintain clear documentation for incident handling and support processes.

Ensure compliance with ITIL-based incident problem and change management procedures.
Core requirements

4 years of MuleSoft experience with Anypoint Studio Anypoint Platform and API Manager.

Hands-on experience with API-led connectivity RAML and Mule flows.

Strong troubleshooting skills for production incidents and real-time integrations.

Experience with monitoring tools such as Anypoint Monitoring CloudHub Splunk or Dynatrace.

Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments.

Strong communication and analytical skills for triaging and incident management.

Understanding of REST SOAP and other service protocols.

Exposure to cloud environments and API Gateway management.

Experience working with Salesforce integration.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow.
Nice to have

MuleSoft Developer or Integration Architect certification.

Experience in financial services or enterprise-scale environments.
