What Youll Do:
Communicate with customers via phone email or chat addressing their needs
Assist customers in troubleshooting issues tracking orders and answering inquiries
Log customer feedback and ensure organized and efficient operations
Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor even in challenging situations
Youll Need:
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Basic proficiency in computer skills including email chat and web-based tools
A high school diploma or GED
Customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory; we provide training for the right candidates
