Job Summary
Job Title: Sr. Executive – Quality
Location: Faridabad
Experience: Minimum 4 years
Salary Range: 3.5 - 5 LPA
About the Role:
We are looking for a Sr. Executive – Quality to join our team in Faridabad. The role involves ensuring product quality and process compliance through effective inspection documentation and coordination with internal teams and customers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in welding process quality measurement systems and customer quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to validate product compliance.
Monitor and control MIG Spot and Projection Welding processes to ensure weld quality and consistency.
Conduct inspections using appropriate measurement instruments (e.g. Vernier Micrometer Height Gauge Profile Projector).
Prepare and maintain all Quality Assurance documentation including inspection reports calibration records and process checklists.
Support in preparing and updating PFMEA Control Plan and Process Flow Diagrams.
Handle customer complaints (8D CAPA) and ensure timely resolution.
Interface with customers during audits and inspections to maintain satisfaction and compliance.
Assist in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Drawing Reading & GD&T.
Knowledge of MIG Spot and Projection Welding Processes.
Familiarity with Quality Tools such as PFMEA Control Plan 7 QC Tools and Root Cause Analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation systems.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Qualification:
Diploma / in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
