Job Summary

This is a role requiring assistance to theResolution Professional/ Liquidator in carrying out day to day activities of the Assignments under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 which includes :

- Knowledge of IBC 2016

- Preparation of Minutes/ Agenda

- Drafting and filing of reports

- Reviewing/ Drafting Applications

- Basic Knowledge of Finance and Accounts

- Basic Knowledge of Banking Sector and terminologies

- Legal and Secretarial compliance

- Financial Compliance

Assisting the partner for fund raising activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Resolution Professional / Liquidator in handling assignments under IBC 2016

  • Prepare and maintain minutes of meetings agendas and notices for the Committee of Creditors (CoC) and other stakeholders

  • Draft and file reports applications and compliance documents with NCLT and other regulatory authorities

  • Coordinate with stakeholders including creditors debtors legal advisors and financial institutions

  • Conduct basic financial analysis and review of company accounts under insolvency

  • Ensure legal and secretarial compliance throughout the process

  • Assist in reviewing and preparing legal drafts claims verification and audit-related documentation

  • Maintain proper records of insolvency assignments and updates to the IBBI portal

  • Support fundraising efforts and investor presentations as and when required

  • Stay updated on changes in IBC laws notifications and circulars

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce Law or Company Secretaryship

  • Preferred: Semi-qualified CA/CS LLB or candidates pursuing Insolvency Professional Certification

  • 1-3 years of experience in legal secretarial or insolvency assignments

  • Sound understanding of IBC 2016 NCLT procedures and legal terminology

  • Basic knowledge of financial statements and banking operations

  • Excellent communication drafting and coordination skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
