Housekeeping Manager Luxury Game Reserve Bloemfontein
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join a prestigious Luxury Game Reserve based near Bloemfontein. This is a live-in position offering a competitive salary package (negotiable depending on experience).
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the property.
Lead train and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Implement and maintain effective inventory and stock control systems.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms public areas and staff quarters.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
Manage budgets and cost controls within the housekeeping department.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar management role within a luxury hospitality environment.
Strong leadership organisational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Willingness to live on-site in a remote reserve environment.
