Job Summary
- Plan organize and supervise overall construction activities at project sites.
- Lead site teams and ensure compliance with project plans specifications and safety standards.
- Liaise with Project Manager consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and monitor work programs manpower and material requirements.
- Enforce quality control and ensure construction works meet required standards.
- Monitor daily site progress identify delays and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all site works comply with environmental health and safety regulations.
- Mentor and develop site engineers and supervisors under your charge.
- Review and approve subcontractor claims site reports and work certifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent field.
- Minimum 8 years of construction management experience in high-rise projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil structural and architectural works.
- Excellent communication planning and leadership skills.
- Able to handle multiple work fronts and make fast sound decisions under pressure.
