Job Summary

Objective:

Responsible for deploying configuring and validating the delivered solution/product to the clients environment.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in conducting business analysis to understand the clients requirements and processes.
Assisting in testing and validating the effectiveness of the new solutions.
Deploying configuring and tuning the software in the customer environment.
Participating in deployment and testing in client environments bug fixes and customizations for existing and new clients.
Working closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are properly implemented and integrated with other systems.
Monitoring client satisfaction with services to ensure client needs are being met.
Identifying potential problems early on in the testing/implementation phase to ensure the success of the delivery.
Participating in Providing training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the solutions during acceptance testing.
Assisting in Foreseeing the deployment of products onto the client environment and successful delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor of Computer Sciences or any relevant fields.
1-3 years of experience.
Familiarity with database (MS SQL or Oracle).
Familiarity with testing SSL security and -certificate management reading logs are a plus.
Familiarity with handling different operating systems (Windows Linux).
Familiarity with applications servers (Websphere Apache ) are a plus.
Familiarity with openShift and Kubernetes microservices and containerized architecture are a plus.
Understanding of project management processes is a plus.
Familiarity with Incident troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
