We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager with extensive experience in Oracle SAP and MicrosoftDynamics. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing with a
strong background in managing testing processes and teams. The Test Manager will be responsible for
leading the testing efforts across various projects ensuring the quality and reliability of our software
solutions
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement test strategies plans and processes for Oracle SAP and Microsoft
Dynamics projects.
Lead and manage a team of testers providing guidance support and mentorship as needed.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and define test objectives.
Design and execute test cases scenarios and scripts to validate software functionality
performance and scalability.
Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve
efficiency.
Conduct risk analysis and prioritize testing activities based on potential impact and criticality.
Monitor and report on testing progress including defect tracking and resolution.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Stay uptodate with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to software
testing.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing with at least 3 years in a managerial or
leadership role.
Proven experience with Oracle SAP and Microsoft Dynamics testing.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies tools and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with
crossfunctional teams.
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium HP UFT or similar.
Familiarity with Agile and/or DevOps methodologies.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
ISTQB certification is a plus.
