The Role: Is This You

Are you ready to take on a sales role where you own the chase the close and the thrill of building new partnerships from scratch

As our Account Executive you wont just manage a pipeline - youll create it. This role is for a hunter who thrives on generating new business and has the resilience confidence and skill to win deals across both SME and mid-market segments.

Youll partner with SDRs for SME opportunities while also independently prospecting cold calling and cold emailing mid-market clients. If youve been waiting for a role where you can flex your full-cycle sales skills and see your impact directly this is it.

What Youll Be Doing
Youll be the kind of person who:

SME Sales (with SDR Support):
  • Partner with SDRs to close inbound and outbound-generated opportunities.
  • Jump on SDR discovery calls follow up and close.
  • Provide feedback to SDRs to continuously level up lead quality and conversion rates.
Mid-Market Sales (Hunter Mode):
  • Prospect identify and engage new mid-market clients.
  • Build your own pipeline through cold outreach and smart prospecting strategies.
  • Develop account-based approaches to engage multiple decision-makers.
  • Own the full cycle: discovery presentation negotiation and closing.
General AE Responsibilities:
  • Hit (and exceed) your monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Deliver impactful proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with recruitment client success and marketing teams to ensure clients are set up for success.
  • Keep the CRM clean and accurate for forecasting.
  • Share insights wins and market trends with your team.


Requirements

What You Bring
Were looking for someone with:

  • Proven success in B2B sales as a hunter - ideally in offshoring/outsourcing.
  • A record of smashing quotas across transactional and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong cold calling and cold emailing skills (you know how to get in the door).
  • Skilled in discovery negotiation and closing.
  • Resilient self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Experience working with SDRs and leveraging them for pipeline generation.
  • Strong communication skills and CRM experience (HubSpot Salesforce or similar).
  • Willingness to complete 1 month of onsite training in Manila Philippines.
