What Youll Do
- Convert consultations into starts:Meet or exceed monthly conversion goals by helping patients begin treatment.
- Educate patients: Explain options and show the long-term benefits of orthodontic care in simple friendly terms.
- Build trust: Use strong communication and active listening to answer questions and make patients feel confident in their choices.
- Manage appointments: Keep the schedule running smoothly to reduce wait times and improve the patient experience.
- Verify insurance: Confirm eligibility explain coverage and guide patients through financial details clearly.
- Support the clinical team:Work closely with doctors and staff to deliver seamless patient care.
- Adapt and assist:Step in where needed to keep the office running efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization: Keep your workspace neat and safe for patients and team members.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience in sales retail or customer service.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Comfort using computers and office software.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Bilingual (a plus).
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office is an advantage.
Benefits:
Job Type:Full-time
Compensation: Pay range starting at $18.00 an hour; final offer will be determined by experience skills and qualifications.
Job Location:In-person; local travel between offices may be required.
Work Hours: Monday-Thursday (8:30 am - 6 pm or 9:30 am - 7 pm) Friday (8:30 am - 5 pm) Saturday (8:30 am - 4 pm)
