POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition (TA) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships identifying top talent and delivering a seamless candidate experience. Youll play a key role in shaping our workforce by sourcing engaging and hiring exceptional individuals who align with our company values and goals.

Temporary onsite role for a 3-month period working graveyard shifts.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct resume reviews phone screenings and structured interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and administer technical assessments and interviews in collaboration with hiring teams.
  • Actively promote the companys employer brand through digital channels and recruitment events.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication feedback and support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to identify new advertising channels run referral contests and organize open house events.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws internal policies and data privacy regulations.
  • Champion diversity equity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks including criminal background screenings and drug tests.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools to manage candidate data and workflows.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support efficient and timely hiring.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on recruitment activity and pipeline status.
  • Maintain organized and accurate employment records for audit and reference purposes.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill source effectiveness candidate satisfaction).

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment preferably in a high-volume or multi-role environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices employment law and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Self-motivated accountable and able to work independently.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS platforms.
  • Reliable and consistent attendance.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment including a phone copier and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects move objects from place to place hold onto objects and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
