Job Summary
Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Devils Lake ND
Duration: 13 Weeks (Extendable)
Shift: Evenings 5x8-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $26/hr
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality care in a long-term care setting. The CNA will support residents with daily living activities ensuring their safety comfort and well-being in a respectful and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing dressing feeding and mobility.
Record and report vital signs and changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
Maintain cleanliness order and a safe environment for residents.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Adhere to facility policies procedures and infection control standards.
Qualifications:
Active CNA Certification State of North Dakota (or compact eligible).
Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare environment preferred.
Current BLS (AHA) required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
