We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to support our clients growing team at a leading provider of automotive solutions. This contingent role expected to last approximately six months offers a unique opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment where HR plays a key role in driving employee engagement ensuring compliance and supporting operational excellence. The qualified candidate will have experience with creating simple reports administering a LMS (learning management system) and other medium to complex HR admin tasks.
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 (DOE). Work hours Mon Fri 8 am to 5 pm or 7:30 am to 4:30 pm 100% onsite.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports employee lifecycle activities including onboarding orientation termination processing exit interviews and personnel file management
- Assists with recruitment and staffing operations including candidate screening interview coordination job postings and social media outreach
- Administers training and development systems assigns learning modules coordinates HR events and generates system reports
- Collaborates across departments to support HR programs such as employee recognition referrals and wellness initiatives ensuring accurate processing and compliance
- Maintains HR systems and provides frontline support managing data records responding to employee inquiries and compiling reports for internal use
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma required; college coursework or an associate degree preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR coordination and related practices
- Strong proficiency in social media recruiting data handling and business communication
- Excellent customer service orientation team collaboration and ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism
- Skilled in maintaining confidentiality managing data with discretion and staying organized in a fast-paced environment
