What youll do

As a Service Engineer for Software Lifecycle Management you will be at the heart of our digital transformation joining a collaborative team dedicated to delivering secure efficient and compliant software across all this role youll work with governance maintenance and strategic alignment of software assets licenses and SaaS services ensuring that applications are deployed maintained and updated in line with industry best practices regulatory standards and internal policies.

You will collaborate closely with Service Owner Service Managers and business stakeholders to shape and align the Software Portfolio and Software Management solution with Service strategy and business needs. Govern the service delivery and manage dialogues with Security Procurement and the AI Committee internally as well as with vendors SaaS providers and open-source communities externally. The Service provides the capability for automated installation upgrade and uninstallation of software on all endpoints empowering the team to manage a diverse software portfolio of freeware licensed software and SaaS subscriptions with precision and agility.

Your responsibilities will include driving operational excellence supporting the companys digital roadmap participating in pilot projects technical migrations and industry trend analysis. Together we handle support incidents changes requests and maintenance fostering a culture of shared ownership and continuous improvement. Youll also contribute to monitoring vendor updates and driving the release of software updates as part of our Endpoint Configuration strategy helping us maintain compliance and support an Evergreen IT environment. Your work will have a direct impact on our digital future.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
