Job Summary

For Linklaters Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the Client and Marketing Intelligence Manager role.

About the team

As Client and Market Intelligence Manager you will lead a team to deliver high-quality client and market analysis supporting the firms strategic decision making and competitive advantage. Working as part of Linklaters Global Solutions Business Development and Marketing team you will collaborate internationally to align intelligence services with the firms objectives introduce advanced analytics tools and optimise operational efficiencies. The role offers opportunities to shape strategic initiatives learn and grow within a diverse and supportive environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Shaping the strategic direction of client and market intelligence identifying growth opportunities based on competitor client and industry trends

  • Leading and managing a high-performing team of Client and Market Intelligence Analysts promoting a collaborative analytical and development-focused culture

  • Delivering sophisticated intelligence briefings to senior stakeholders providing actionable insights to support both client meetings and wider strategic initiatives

  • Ensuring the highest standards of data integrity by overseeing the accuracy and reliability of all research and analysis that inform business decisions

  • Identifying implementing and managing advanced tools and platforms to enhance market intelligence and data analytics capabilities

  • Directing the analysis of diverse data sources to support targeted market intelligence activities including horizon scanning and the firms business development and marketing strategies

  • Developing and reviewing high-impact outputssuch as reports presentations thought leadership and slide decksby synthesising insights from multiple research sources

  • Presenting complex data and insights in a clear visual and accessible manner to facilitate strategic discussions and support decision making at all levels

  • Staying abreast of developments in market intelligence and actively integrating best practices and innovative approaches to strengthen the firms competitive advantage

  • Fostering collaboration open communication and a strong one-team culture with a focus on diversity inclusion and shared goals.

Apply if you have:

  • Experience in strategic research competitive intelligence or market analysis ideally within a professional services environment

  • At least two years experience leading and managing high-performing teams

  • Strong expertise in external business intelligence databases research methodologies and data analytics

  • A proven ability to create impactful reports dashboards and visualisations with experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (ideally Salesforce)

  • The ability to analyse client behaviour and market trends translating complex information into clear actionable insights

  • Communicate clearly and confidently in English with stakeholders at all levels including directly with business and end-user stakeholders.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Curiosity about AI and an awareness of its application within market and client intelligence activities

  • A bachelors or masters degree in business economics quantitative methods or a related discipline (desirable)

  • Basic proficiency in Python and SQL (desirable).

Location
Warsaw - hybrid model (two days per week at the office). Business trips to UK may be required from time to time
