Purpose


Execution of IT Service Management for the US IT Infrastructure domain. Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the US IT infrastructure services. This role ensures alignment with business requirements on service quality project delivery vendor oversight and budget/expense management.

What Youll Do

GTEP Intake Management: Act as the primary point of contact for US GTEP requests to the global IT teams ensuring streamlined communication eliminating duplicate efforts and prioritizing inquiries to align with global governance and strategic initiatives (Enterprise Delivery Framework).

US Intragroup Service Management: Manage IT services delivered by the global head office to the US region ensuring they meet US financial regulatory requirements by coordinating service delivery monitoring service level metrics and addressing regional gaps and risks in collaboration with global teams.

Service Desk Governance: Govern the IT Service Desk by leveraging operational metrics to monitor intake volumes evaluate resource efficiency and assess service quality drive continuous improvement initiatives by aligning with global support models and organizations.

Establish and lead a Service Desk transformation initiative aimed at increasing operational maturity and efficiency through process optimization automation opportunities enhanced knowledge management and improved user experience.

US IT Communication Channels: Manage IT communications with appropriate stakeholders by coordinating timely and clear updates on major incidents planned changes and operational impacts ensuring messages are tailored for business and technical audiences

US GTEP Project Oversight: Oversee project managers responsible for IT infrastructure initiatives in the US region working closely with global IT partners to successfully execute projects related to servers networks storage data centers etc.

Budget and Expense Management: Manage the budget and expenses for the IT infrastructure in the US region ensuring accurate forecasting cost control and alignment with strategic priorities by tracking expenditures optimizing resource allocation and partnering with finance and global IT teams.

US GTEP Vendor Management: Act as the vendor risk/relationship manager for US IT infrastructure vendors by assessing monitoring and mitigating third-party risks ensuring vendor services meet contractual operational and regulatory requirements managing invoices and payment processes.

Understand how the Banks risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Creates an environment in which his/her team pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas while ensuring the adequacy adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk regulatory compliance risk AML/ATF risk and conduct risk including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

Builds a high performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts retains develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment and using a coaching mindset and behaviours; communicating vison/values/business strategy; and managing succession and development planning for the team.

What Youll Bring

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and service management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and global IT service delivery
Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g. ITIL).
Strong knowledge of infrastructure domains: servers networks storage data centers.
Experience with service desk operations transformation initiatives and support models.
Familiarity with financial regulatory requirements impacting IT services in the US.
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale initiatives and drive operational maturity.
Strong vendor management and third-party risk oversight capabilities.
Skilled in budget planning expense tracking and resource optimization.
