Job Summary
As a Corporate Trainer for Achieve your role is crucial. You embody the core values continue to foster and promote our great culture and are passionate about helping to prepare our new employees to move into their positions successfully.
Corporate Trainers at Achieve spend a lot of time in the classroom (virtual or live) delivering content in a fun and creative way to help boost the employees performance. Youll collaborate with an Instructional Designer and other Trainers to review the facilitation guide and find innovative ways to deliver content that lands with the learners and prepares them for post-class assessment. When not training youll work alongside operational leaders during the nesting period partnering with them to coach agents during their first week in live production. Your effectiveness as a trainer will be reflected in the growth and success of your new hires as you help them build confidence and perform successfully in their roles.
Our Trainers have a desire to develop themselves and know the importance of education and training. Becoming a Corporate Trainer with Achieve can give you the opportunity to rotate facilitating New Hire sessions participate in New Employee Orientation (NEO) and collaborate with Instructional Designers to learn more about the facilitator guide creation. Some of our roles will allow you to certify to become an Adjunct Faculty member with Rio Salado College (helping our learners to earn Rio Salado credits as well!)
(applicants must be located in the greater Phoenix area and be able to work in-office on a hybrid schedule)
WHAT YOULL DO:
Facilitate sales new hire training
Facilitate sales advanced skills training and training support
Demonstrate comfortability facilitating in a high-volume training environment. Our training programs are 12 to 17 business days in length on a monthly basis. Trainers also support new hires in Training Bay upon completion of new hire training
Foster a positive practical and effective onboarding process for new hires
Assess performance and maintain a conducive learning environment
Deliver feedback and individualized coaching to help improve performance
Utilize a variety of training methodologies techniques concepts learning tools and practices to ensure maximum learning effectiveness
Collaborate with business stakeholders QA Team and existing subject matter experts to ensure training is up-to-date and aligned with new hire KPIs
Perform administrative duties related to new hire training advance skills training and training support
Qualifications :
WHAT YOULL BRING:
3 years of customer service or sales training experience (sales preferred)
Effective and engaging in-person/virtual presentation skills
Strong proficiency in a remote environment (training remote employees collaborating across a remote team etc.)
Ability to work from home as well as in the office
Sales or Customer Service (debt relief banking collections lending) preferred
Familiar with performance management methodologies
Demonstrated adaptability to a growing and changing environment
Excellent communicator - possessing stellar speaking writing and listening skills
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Selected candidates will be required to facilitate a training presentation to leadership as part of our hiring process
Experience developing and writing training materials (preferred)
Bachelors Degree (preferred)
