Overview:
A leading nationally recognized healthcare system with a strong presence across Florida and multiple other states is seeking a Director of Sterile Processing to oversee and enhance sterile processing operations in support of high-performing surgical and procedural service lines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for all sterile processing functions.
- Oversee instrument decontamination reprocessing sterilization and distribution.
- Ensure full compliance with AAMI standards and all applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Partner closely with OR and procedural leadership to drive workflow efficiency and service excellence.
- Manage budgeting staffing performance development and ongoing staff training.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives focused on patient safety and infection prevention.
Qualifications:
- CRCST or equivalent sterile processing certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of sterile processing leadership experience in an acute care hospital.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
