Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers employees and customers to build strong relationships
- Implement and manage a comprehensive menu-selling process to maximize department profitability and product penetration
- Present transparent financing and product options to customers
- Review and ensure timely completion of all department paperwork daily
- Support the Sales Department in achieving its goals through active partnership
- Model professionalism ethics and exceptional customer service at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service and CSI performance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and follow through consistently
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Positive can-do attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $125000.00 - $200000.00 per year
