About the Job
CALNET has a need for a Senior Help Desk Technical Support Specialist to assist with Help Desk Services of a IT Services Management Contract with NSWC in Dahlgren VA.
Six (6) years of professional experience in Industry Federal or DoD Help Desk Support using a help desk tool such as BMCs Remedy or ServiceNow. This position is required to be designated as IAT III level CASP CE or CCNP or CISA or CISSP (or Associate) with a Secret Clearance.
Job Requirements
7 years of Professional experience in the DoD or Navy Information Technology (IT) Systems using ServiceNow or Remedy
Bachelors Degree
Secret Clearance
