D365 Functional Consultant

As a D365 CE Functional Consultant you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Youll play a key role in the design configuration and delivery of CRM capabilities across Sales Customer Service Marketing and Field Services.

Your Opportunity

• Lead and facilitate client workshops to gather and document business requirements.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales Customer Service Marketing and Field Services.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration and customisation.

Your Experience

• 35 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) implementations.
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes and best practices.
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 or MB-210 are highly desirable.
• Prior consulting experience in a client-facing role.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience in sectors such as government education or financial services.
• Conduct functional testing user training and support go-live activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
