Job Summary

  • Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network Community Palliative Care
  • Position based at Mount Barker
  • Salary:RN/RM3: $125183 -$130779 p.a. (Pro-rata) 12% Superannuation Leave Loading and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
  • Temporary Part Time position working 30.4 hours per week up to 29 January 2027

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE

  • Provide expert clinical leadership and advanced nursing care for people with palliative and life-limiting conditions
  • Lead and support multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality evidence-based and culturally safe care
  • Contribute to service improvement quality initiatives and innovative models of palliative care delivery
  • Mentor and support nurses and students fostering professional growth and best practice
