Job Summary
- Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network Community Palliative Care
- Position based at Mount Barker
- Salary:RN/RM3: $125183 -$130779 p.a. (Pro-rata) 12% Superannuation Leave Loading and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
- Temporary Part Time position working 30.4 hours per week up to 29 January 2027

- Provide expert clinical leadership and advanced nursing care for people with palliative and life-limiting conditions
- Lead and support multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality evidence-based and culturally safe care
- Contribute to service improvement quality initiatives and innovative models of palliative care delivery
- Mentor and support nurses and students fostering professional growth and best practice

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS
Working in this environment it is important to us that we only employ people with the upmost integrity and commitment to serving the South Australian community and its visitors to the highest possible standards. To ensure that we meet that commitment there are a few checks that you will be required to undertake. - You will need to be immunised. The policy on immunisation is very detailed so please contact the Enquiries Person for this position if you have any queries.Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment screening and vaccination policy
- You will need to undergo employment screening what you require is also on the front page of the Role Description.
- You will be required to hold registration with AHPRA to practice as a Registered Nurse within our organisation
