The Senior Manager Brand Experience & Marketing US & Canada will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing end-to-end customer experiences and brand marketing strategies across the region for growth brand. This role combines expertise in customer experience design brand strategy and marketing experience to support the development and integration of a new emerging brand while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations. The candidate will collaborate across disciplines and teams to deliver impactful measurable and innovative experiences that drive brand consideration and revenue growth.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Public Relations/Communications or a related major
- 6 years of relevant professional experience in customer experience design brand strategy marketing or related functions
- Demonstrated ability in brand and product development journey mapping and experience design
Preferred:
- Experience leading the design and delivery of complex experiences using design thinking and innovation
- Experience in hospitality marketing performance media or digital agency
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Experience Design & Innovation
- Support the integration of the brand into US/Canada Marriott Lodging Product organization including guest experience programming and brand standards.
- Work closely with partners in global brand to develop strategies for the US/Canada region ensuring a seamless integration and plans to support the ongoing success.
- Support global team to establish brand differentiation and support signature offerings unique to the brands guest experience.
- Concept and design products or services aligned with business and consumer objectives
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative methodologies to test and refine experiences and analyze brand performance.
Brand Marketing & Strategy
- Serve as the continent marketing lead to stakeholders including global and continent marketing teams leadership owners and franchisees
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies launch and integration plans and sustainment strategies
- Drive awareness consideration and revenue for emerging brands through strategic marketing tactics
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Develop project plans timelines and communication materials to support brand initiatives
- Coordinate meetings and maintain status updates on deliverables and milestones
- Represent brand marketing and experience design in cross-functional meetings and initiatives
