We are looking for our new Head of BA Control you will lead a team at Saab Kockums taking full ownership of financial management including accounting planning and reporting.
Your role
In this role you will lead and develop others set direction and ensure that our financial processes run smoothly in a fully operational environment. You are the driver in budget forecasts auditor reviews improvement incitive annual cost and price calculations.
You will report and be the right hand to BA addition you will also serve as our representative acting in the best interest of the business and participating in various forums and initiatives together with corporate functions.
You will play a crucial role in connecting finance to the core of the business contributing to decision-making and driving performance.
Your profile
Were looking for someone with a solid background in accounting and reporting who thrives in a complex fast-moving environment. You have a passion for simplifying and improving processes and you dont hesitate to challenge the status to find better ways forward.
