Our well-established wealth management firm is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead our team toward continued success.
About the Role
As the Operations Manager youll serve as the firms key internal leader ensuring smooth workflows managing staff optimizing client service processes and supporting the advisors in delivering exceptional client experiences. Youll act as the business manager of the practice balancing people management with operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across client service administrative and compliance functions
Supervise and mentor staff ensuring accountability and collaboration
Streamline processes to improve efficiency accuracy and client satisfaction
Oversee technology systems workflows and vendor relationships
Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and firm growth projects
Ensure compliance with industry regulations (SEC/FINRA etc.)
Support budgeting reporting and other operational metrics
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management RIA or financial advisory firm operations
Proven leadership and people management skills
Strong understanding of financial services workflows compliance and client service standards
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Highly organized self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field preferred
