Job Summary
- PhD degree in CS/Mathematics ideally with a focus on imaging computer vision or machine learning
- Extensive research and practical experience in developing algorithms for image processing.
- Possess an understanding and have experience in productizing or publishing your research results in fields such as: Image processing depth/disparity estimation optical flow object tracking image registration alpha matting Bayesian statistics generative models deep learning.
- Excellent programming skills
- Experience with Swift or Objective-C
- Practical experience with Core Image Metal or other GPU image processing technologies
- An understanding of colour science
- A deep understanding of and experience with photography or videography
- Relevant industry experience
- Fundamental understanding of camera systems and sensors
- Experience with developing for Apple platforms
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to devise and understand mathematical solutions to image processing problems
