As ourConstruction Superintendent (Installation & Modernization) you will play a pivotal role in overseeing both modernization and new installation projects. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to review bid documents and assess job requirements while also guiding your team on construction sites with a strong understanding of code compliance and building systems. Your experience in managing financials and working with general contractors will ensure project profitability and resource efficiency. This dual-focus role demands strategic oversight and hands-on leadership driving success for both yourself and the team across diverse job sites.

You willbring5years ofrelevantconstruction expertise as well as supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce to our KONE familyand an appetite for learning an exciting and new will usethe knowledgegained when obtaining yourassociatedegree in a related field or additional years of experience.

The hiring range for this role is $111100 $152790. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidates ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to their skill set years and depth of experience certifications and location.
