Role Purpose

To support exam capacity planning by translating demand into resource requirements for venues staff and test materials ensuring optimal operations service levels and cost efficiency. The role also monitors contingency agility and operational effectiveness and contributes to reporting on capacity fulfilment planning performance and cost management.

Role Accountabilities

Manage and support exam capacity planning and pre-test day operations translating demand into resource plans for venues staff and test materials while ensuring timely registration scheduling and pre-test cancellations or refunds. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency compliance and exam security while supporting customer service and resolving escalated issues. Monitor performance analyse data and recommend improvements to optimize planning and resource management. Uphold safeguarding standards risk management and corporate procedures motivate team members and ensure a professional and safe environment for all participants.

Role specific skills knowledge and experience

Experience in exam operations within a large organisation is essential. Desirable experience includes knowledge of child protection child development safeguarding practices and confidentiality standards as well as experience working with children planning and delivering safe activities and promoting their safety and well-being.

Further Information

Language: Strong English proficiency is crucial for this role requiring fluency in both written and spoken communication to effectively navigate British Council systems and international operations.

Education: A degree in any subject or an equivalent relevant qualification.

Locally recruited: Applications are welcomed from candidates currently in this location with a natural right to work. Relocation support is not provided.
